Return Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window
Returns are eligible within 7 days of delivery. Please initiate your return request within this period.
Condition for returns
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact. We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-returnable items
Personalised or customised pieces, sale items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for size or defect issues, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
